CITY OF LACEY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR ULID #25 TOLMIE PARK ESTATES NOTICE: The Lacey City Council has scheduled a Public Hearing to consider objections to the final assessment roll for the Utility Local Improvement District (ULID) #25, Tolmie Park Estates during the December 2, 2025, Council Meeting starting at 6:00 p.m. On November 3, 2025, the Lacey City Council passed Resolution 1176, setting the hearing date for the City Council to consider objections to the final assessment roll. Prior to the hearing date, official notice of the hearing along with notice of the total costs of the improvements will be provided to each of the property owners. Pursuant to chapter 35.44 of the Revised Code of Washington, any person who may desire to object to the final assessment roll shall make their objection in writing and file their objection with the city clerk at or prior to the hearing. All objections shall state clearly the grounds therefore. All objections not made within the time and in the manner prescribed herein shall be conclusively presumed to have been waived. At the hearing, the Council will sit as a board of equalization for the purpose of considering the assessment roll. The Council will consider objections made and may correct, revise, raise, lower, change, or modify the roll or any part thereof or set aside the roll and order a new assessment to be made. Following the hearing the Council will confirm the roll by ordinance.
