REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS AUTOMATED VENDING Request for Proposals for Automated Vending for the Southwestern Illinois College Red Bud Campus will be received until 2:00 PM prevailing time December 11, 2025 in the Purchasing Office, 2500 Carlyle Ave., Main Complex Room 3304, Belleville IL, 62221-5899. A non-mandatory pre-proposal site visit will be held at 1:30 p.m. on November 19, 2025. Documents are available via e-mail by contacting the Purchasing Office at Purchasing@swic.edu. The College reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals, to amend the Request for Proposals and the process itself, or to discontinue the selection process at any time.
