ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID: Sealed proposals will be received by Holt Brothers Construction for the Durham County - Project BUILD - Shoppes of Hope Valley on December 9, 2025, at 201 E. Main St. Room 461 Durham 27701 with opening to take place publicly at 2:00 PM. Bids delivered ahead of Bid Day may be delivered to Holt Brothers Construction's office located at 421 Fayetteville St. Suite #1300, Raleigh, NC 27601 (Attn: Jonte Harris & Tyler Harris). This opening will be for the following bid packages:1A Final Cleaning, 2A Selective Demolition, 3A Concrete, 4A Masonry, 6A, Millwork, 8A Doors, Frames, & Hardware, 8B Storefronts & Window Film, 9A Drywall& Framing, 9B Tile, 9C Acoustical Ceilings, 9D Flooring, 9E Painting, 10A Specialties & Toilet Accessories, 10B Signage, 21A Fire Protection/Sprinkler, 22A Plumbing, 23A Mechanical, 26A Electrical, 27A Data & Telecommunications, 27B Audio Visual, 28A Fire Alarm & Access Control. Bids will not be accepted from bidders that are not pre-qualified for packages of $30,000 or more. Bid Packages must be Sealed. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will also be held on November 20, 2025, at 3825 S Roxboro St, Suite #122, Durham, NC 27713 at 3:30PM. The last day for questions will be November 24, 2025, at 5PM.
