MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE ITB #2025-11-01 BISCAYNE BOULEVARD MEDIAN LANDSCAPE BEAUTIFICATION FM #454228-1-74-01 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: Miami Shores Village is seeking bids from qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the installation of new landscaping, sod, irrigation, and associated work on Biscayne Blvd., in accordance with the plans, specifications, and requirements stated in ITB # 2025-11-01 Biscayne Boulevard Median Landscape Beautification. Interested firms may secure the solicitation package by visiting the Miami Shores Village website Miami Shores Florida - Current Solicitations A portion of the project will be funded by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). The Prime Contractor must be an FDOT Pre-Qualified vendor under "Landscaping" work class prior to award in order to be considered for this project. To become and FDOT Pre-Qualified vendor firm must register by utilizing the link: FDOT Contractor Prequalification A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Monday, November 24, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Miami Shores Village Hall, 10050 NE 2nd Ave, Miami Shores, FL 33138. Attendance is strongly encouraged. Bidders shall submit one (1) original, one (1) copy, and one (1) electronic copy on a USB drive, accompanied by a 5% bid bond. Bids must be sealed, clearly marked and delivered by mail or in person no later than Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at 2:30 PM to the following address: Village Clerk, Miami Shores Village, 10050 N.E. 2nd Avenue, Miami Shores, FL 33138. Facsimile or emailed bids will. Any submittals received after the due date and time specified, will not be considered. The cone of silence for this project is now in effect. Any communication regarding this solicitation between a potential offeror, vendor, service provider, bidder, lobbyist, or consultant and any Council member, Village department heads and their staff, is prohibited.
