YOU HAVE BEEN SUMMONED TO APPEAR IN THE ESTATE MONTY PAGGEOT, DECEASED, OPENED IN THIS COURT.
The PETITION TO ESTABLISH HEIRS seeks to have the heirs-at-law of MONTY PAGGEOT, DECEASED, adjudicated by the Court, as fully set out in the Petition on file in this matter in the Chancery Court of Harrison County, Mississippi, Second Judicial District.
You are summoned to appear and plead, answer, demur, and defend/contest against the Petition filed in this matter at 9:30 a.m. on the 11th day of December, 2025, in the courtroom of the Harrison County Chancery Court, First Judicial District, being at 1801 23rd Avenue, Gulfport, MS 39501, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment or order will be entered for the things demanded in the Petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
