City of Lakewood Public Hearing Notice When: Friday November 21, 2025 Time: 1:00 PM Place: Virtual meeting via Zoom The City of Lakewood Planning and Public Works Department will be holding a public hearing for permit #17629 – Raising Canes – Variance proposing the addition of a second drive through at 10025 Lakewood Dr SW in Lakewood, WA. The subject property is located within the Commercial Business District (CBD) zoning district and allows for the proposed use through approval of a Type III Variance. All persons wishing to submit written comment on this project prior to the public hearing may do so by 5:00 PM on November 20, 2025.
