SACRAMENTO COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING THIS IS A COURTESY NOTICE that on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. in Board Chambers, Room 1450, of the County Administration Building, 700 "H" Street, Sacramento, CA, a public TRUTH Act Community Forum will be held during a Regular Meeting of the Board of Supervisors. This meeting notice was published on November 9, 2025, pursuant to Government Code Section 7283.1(d). The purpose of the Transparent Review of Unjust Transfers and Holds ("TRUTH") Act Community Forum is to provide information regarding Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) access to individuals and to receive and consider public comment, pursuant to Government Code Sections 7283 and 7283.1. PUBLIC COMMENT PROCEDURES The Board of Supervisors fosters public engagement during the meeting and encourages public participation, civility and use of courteous language. The Board does not condone the use of profanity, vulgar language, gestures or other inappropriate behavior including personal attacks or threats directed towards any meeting participant.
