Request for Proposal (RFP) — Banking Services Community Council of Idaho, Inc. The Community Council of Idaho, Inc. (CCI) is soliciting proposals from qualified banking institutions to provide comprehensive banking services as detailed in the organization's RFP for Banking Services 2025. Required services include, but are not limited to: A primary checking (general) account with sub-accounts, ACH, deposits, transfers, and online access; Payroll account services compatible with Paycom; Interest-bearing and reserve accounts; IOLTA accounts; Desktop deposit services at two locations; Loan refinancing rates for two (2) existing tax-exempt bond loans; and Optional preferred services including commercial credit card accounts and a line of credit of $1,000,000 or more.
