Charlotte-Mecklenburg Board of Education is soliciting formal bids for contractors to furnish and install equipment, materials, and labor and hardware to new Rooftop HVAC Unit at Whitewater Academy. Copies of the documents can be requested by email or downloaded from the CMS website beginning November 10, 2025. Mandatory Pre- Bid Meeting will be held on 19 November 2025 at 12pm at 11600 White Rapids Road, Charlotte, NC 28214. Documents can be requested by email to yolandas.fergerson@cms.k12.nc.us. The response will be due to CMS Building Services NLT 2:00 PM on December 1 2025 by mail, or hand delivered only at which time they will be opened publicly.
