PUBLIC NOTICE NORTH MIAMI COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY REGULAR RESCHEDULED BOARD MEETING Monday, November 10, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. City Council Chambers-2nd Floor (776 NE 125 ST, North Miami, FL 33161) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the North Miami Community Redevelopment Agency (NMCRA), will hold a Regular Rescheduled Board Meeting on Monday, November 10, 2025, beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located on the 2nd floor of City Hall, 776 N.E. 125 Street, North Miami, Florida 33161. The Meeting will be broadcast live for members of the public on YouTube/NoMi TV. The purpose of the Special Board Meeting is to discuss, approve or disapprove items concerning operations within the North Miami CRA. Members ofthe publicare invited to attend the Board Meetingand provide oral or written comments on the publicized agenda items. The agenda for this Meeting will be available to the public on the NMCRA website at https://www.northmiamicra.org/agenda-minutes. The NMCRA Office can also email a copy of the agenda to anyone who requests a copy at cragrants@northmiamifl.gov or by telephone at 305.895.9839.
