KENNEWICK CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS Public hearings are scheduled 11-18-2025 at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter (doors open at 6:15 p.m.) to take public testimony on each of the following topics: Mid-Biennium Budget Adjustment 2026 Property Tax Levy Annexation AZ-2025-0001 Strizhak Haven Ranch LLC (5215 S Washington St) 2026 CDBG Annual Action Plan and Citizen Participation Plan The hearings will be held in Council Chambers at 210 W 6th Ave and broadcast live at www.go2kennewick.com. Any taxpayer may appear and be heard for or against the budget and levy. Persons affected by the annexation may speak for or against it. Any member of the public may speak for or against the CDBG annual action plan. To participate via Zoom, contact the City Clerk at clerkinfo@ci.kennewick.wa.us or 509-585-4273. Written comments and requests for Zoom registration are accepted through 3:00 p.m. 11-18-2025. Late submissions will not be reviewed. In-person comments do not require prior registration.
