Henson, of the firm Bevis, Thiry, Henson & Katz, P.A. The name will change to John Jude Kisira Isanga. The reason for the change in name is: Petitioners request a name change for the child so that they share the same surname as a family unit. Additionally, Petitioners anticipate the potential for intemational travel in the future. It would be practical for the minor child and Petitioner to share the same surname. A hearing on the petition is scheduled for 2:00 pm on the date of Dec. 12, 2025, at the Ada County Courthouse.
