REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Keyes Elementary Modernization Project Lease-Leaseback Construction Delivery Method By way of this Request for Proposals ("RFP"), the Keyes Union School District ("District") seeks proposals from lease-leaseback contractors ("Contractor" or "Firm") to provide pre-construction services and lease-leaseback construction services for the District's [Keyes Elementary School Modernization Project] ("Project"). The RFP includes contact information for the District representative who is authorized to respond to written questions about the RFP and the Project. The deadline for submitting questions is 5:00 p.m. on November 14, 2025. The deadline for submittal of proposals is 2:00 p.m. on December 02, 2025.
