Invitation to Bid Sealed bids from qualified contractors for all labor, materials, and work associated with the Cahokia Heights Demolition Program will be received by the City of Cahokia Heights until 1:00 PM (local time), November 21, 2025, at 103 Main Street, Cahokia, IL 62206, where they will be publicly opened and read aloud. A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on November 13, 2025, at 1:30 PM at 103 Main Street, Cahokia Heights, Illinois. Attendance is mandatory to be eligible to bid. Bid packets are available for $40 per set at the Code Enforcement Office, 4300 Bond Ave, Cahokia Heights, IL 62207, $50 if mailed, or free electronically. This work is funded through an IHDA grant and subject to state and federal compliance. This Invitation to Bid is not a commitment by the City and does not obligate payment for costs incurred in bid preparation.
