A description of the Work of this project can be summarized to include: The renovation of approximately 6,000 SF within the eastern portion of the existing 8,250 SF Suite 100. The work will include selective demolition of existing hard-walled offices, reconfiguration of interior partitions to create an open office layout, the addition of a new respite room, updates to all existing door hardware, and updated interior finishes as required throughout the renovated spaces and breakroom.
