Proposed 2026 Budget All citizens and residents of the member cities and towns of ElectriCities of North Carolina, Inc., a joint municipal assistance agency, will take notice that the tentative budget of the Agency for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2026, was submitted to the Board of Directors of ElectriCities on October 17, 2025, and is available for public inspection in the office of the Chief Executive Officer, 1427 Meadow Wood Boulevard, Raleigh, North Carolina 27604. A public hearing on the budget will be held at 3:30pm on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at the Graham Bell Class Room, 2nd Floor in Embassy Suites by Hilton Raleigh Crabtree, 4700 Creedmoor Rd, Raleigh, NC 27612, at which time persons who wish to be heard concerning the budget may appear.
