Notice of Intent to Apply Union County Community Action, Inc. (UCCA) intends to apply for funding of $301,347 to operate the 2026-2027 Community Services Block Grant administered by the NC Department of Health and Human Services. Funding will support activities that have measurable impacts on the causes of poverty in our community. The Executive Committee of the UCCA Board of Directors will meet at 7 PM on November 17th, 2025, to approve the funding application.
