Notice of Proposed Tentative Parcel Map A public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Modesto at 6:00 pm on Monday, December 1, 2025, in chambers, 1010 Tenth Street, Modesto, California, regarding the application of GDR Engineering, Inc. for a Tentative Parcel Map (file number: PLAN2025-00256), located at 3001 Health Care Way, as shown on the map below, with the Assessor's Parcel Numbers (APN): 078-069-001 / 002 / 003 / 004 / 005. The application involves the approvals listed below: A proposed Tentative Parcel Map (TPM) to re-subdivide five existing parcels, approximately 6.32 acres into four parcels.
