NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF BRADENTON'S AFFORDABLE HOUSING INCENTIVES REPORT The City of Bradenton's Affordable Housing Advisory Committee will hold a public hearing regarding their report on the City's Affordable Housing incentive strategies. Residents are invited to share their views and comments regarding the report during this public hearing which will be held November 20, 2025, at the 9: 00a.m Council Chambers at City Hall located at 101 12th Street West, Bradenton, FL 34205. This affordable housing incentives report will be presented for approval by the Mayor and City Council at the December 10, 2025, City Council meeting at 8:30 a.m. in Council Chambers.
