The subject property, Assessor's Parcel Number 474-050-014-000, comprises approximately 2.6 acres and is currently zoned RA-B-43 (Residential Agricultural, Combining Minimum Building Site and is located at 2743 Central Avenue in the unincorporated Roseville area.
