SUBJECT: PLN25-00008, Grewal Parcel Map Modification, Categorical Exemption, Supervisorial District 1
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Parcel Review Committee will conduct a public hearing at the above place and time to consider a request from the property owner, Gurmeet Grewal, for approval of a modification to a previously approved parcel map to modify a mapped 100-foot swale setback to replace with a 50-foot swale setback. The subject property, Assessor's Parcel Number 474-050-014-000, comprises approximately 2.6 acres and is currently zoned RA-B-43 (Residential Agricultural, Combining Minimum Building Site and is located at 2743 Central Avenue in the unincorporated Roseville area.
The Parcel Review Committee Chair will also consider a finding of Categorical Exemption in accordance with Section 15305 of the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines and Section 18.36.060 (Class 5 – Minor alterations in land use limitations) of the Placer County Code.
