NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE UNDER POWER BIBB COUNTY, GEORGIA THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT. ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE. Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Jeffester Bautista to Mortgage Investors Group dated May 3, 2024 and recorded on May 16, 2024 in Deed Book 11861, Page 39, Bibb County, Georgia Records, and later assigned to Georgia Housing and Finance Authority by Assignment of Security Deed recorded on May 16, 2024 in Deed Book 11861, Page 57, Bibb County, Georgia Records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of One Hundred Twenty-Four Thousand Four Hundred Forty-Five And 00/100 Dollars ($124,445.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the United Building in Central City Park at 206 7th Street of Bibb County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on December 2, 2025 the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 118 of Macon Reserve West of Macon-Bibb County, Georgia, being known and designated as Lot 14, Block 10 of Mikado Place Subdivision, according to that certain plat of survey, recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 137 and retraced in Plat Book 10, Page 48, Clerk's Office, Bibb Superior Court. Said plat is referred to for the purpose of a more complete and accurate description and is incorporated herein by reference thereto.
