The Durham City Council will hold a public hearing on November 17, 2025, at a meeting starting at 7 p.m. to hear the following requests: Street Closing Hayti Lane (SC2500003) To permanently close a 229 linear foot portion of Hayti Ln., east of Old Fayetteville St., and amend the Place Type Map of the Comprehensive Plan to designate the parcel identified with REID 119218, as recombined with the former dedicated right-of-way, as Transit Opportunity Area.
