LEGAL NOTICE OF SCHEDULED MEETINGS The Board of Trustees of The Pennsylvania State University hereby gives legal notice of meetings to be held in State College on November 6 and 7, 2025, at the Nittany Lion Inn. On Thursday, November 6, 2025, the Committee on Audit and Risk will meet at 8:00 am. Notice is also given that the Committee will hold an Executive Session before the public meeting pursuant to Section 708 (a)(4) and a Working Session before and after the public meeting pursuant to Section 707(c) of the Pennsylvania Sunshine Act. The Committee on Research and Technology and The Committee on Student Success will meet jointly at 9:15 am. The Committee on Equity and Human Resources will meet at 11:00 am. Notice is also given that prior to the public meeting the Committee will hold an Executive Session pursuant to Section 708 (a)(1) of the Pennsylvania Sunshine Act. The Committee on Finance and Investment will meet at 1:00 pm. Notice is also given that following the public meeting the Committee will hold an Executive Session pursuant to Section 708 (a)(3). The Committee on Governance will meet at 2:30 pm.
