Bids will be publicly opened and read at 131 W. Margaret Lane, Conference Room 302, Hillsborough, NC 27278, on November 25, 2025. Scope of Work: The project includes purchasing and installing electric vehicle charging stations at the Orange County Public Transportation site. Bids will be received for a Single Prime Contract. All proposals shall be lump sum. A mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held for bidders on November 12, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the Orange County Asset Management Services Building Conference Room, 306 Revere Road, Hillsborough, NC 27278. A Site Tour will be held immediately following the pre-bid meeting at 570 NC Hwy 86 North, Hillsborough, NC 27278. Following the meeting, bidders may only visit the site by appointment.
