WHATCOM COUNTY NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE USE APPLICATION Notice is hereby given that on 12/16/2024, Jon Helde applied for an Administrative Use Approval under case number ADM2024-00047 to authorize a new Attached Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) pursuant to WCC 20.36.132. The property is approximately .83 acres in size and contains an existing residence and an existing shop.
