MIAMI-DADE COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT MASTER PLAN
The Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners (Board) will conduct a public hearing

CDMP20220008, LOCATED WEST OF BISCAYNE BOULEVARD, EAST OF NE 14 AVENUE, APPROXIMATELY 707 FEET NORTH OF NE 111 STREET AND APPROXIMATELY 205 FEET SOUTH OF NE 115 STREET, FILED BY RRPVII BBI BISCAYNE LLLP., AS AN OUT OF CYCLE APPLICATION TO AMEND THE COUNTY’S COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT MASTER PLAN; PROVIDING SEVERABILITY, EXCLUSION FROM THE CODE, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE
JANUARY 2025 CYCLE SMALL-SCALE AMENDMENT FOR ADOPTION Application No. CDMP20250003 (Lennar Homes, LLC.)
