NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Town of Holly Springs Town Council, on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Town Hall Council Chambers at 128 S Main Street, Holly Springs, North Carolina to receive comment on the following:
25-REZ-07: A zone map change to change the zoning of 5.6 acres from NR Neighborhood Residential to NR-CD Neighborhood Residential Conditional Zoning District, near the intersection of Waterpoint Road & Grigsby Avenue, and is further described by Wake County PIN 0658086641. Conditional Zoning District information may be found at www.hollyspringsnc.gov/PublicHearings. A public hearing on a development agreement pursuant to NCGS §160D-1001 will also be held on the development's proposed residential uses. A copy of the development agreement may be obtained by emailing the town attorney at john.schifano@hollyspringsnc.us or by requesting a copy at town hall.
Courtyards at Holly Grove Development Agreement: A public hearing on a development agreement amendment pursuant to NCGS §160D-1001 will be held on the project's proposed infrastructure improvements at 1432 Avent Ferry Road, further described with Wake County PIN 0648464144. A copy of the development agreement may be obtained by emailing the town attorney at john.schifano@hollyspringsnc.us or by requesting a copy at town hall.
All interested person(s) will be heard. This request is subject to change due to the discussion, debate and possible objections at the public hearing.
