Attention: Owners and parties interested in the vacant property, located at 15425 Coach Ln., deed reference 37593-123, tax code number 005-443-80, 005-443-82, 005-443-83, 005-443-84, 005-443-85, in the County of Mecklenburg, and the jurisdiction of the Town of Huntersville, North Carolina.
TAKE NOTICE: That the dwelling units located at the place above designated is in such condition as appears to be unfit for human habitation and to violate the Town of Huntersville Non-Residential Minimum Housing Code in the following general particulars:
Pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 160D-1203(2), this Complaint is issued stating the following conditions that are in need of correction:
1. The building or structure is a breeding area for rodents or insects.
2. The building or structure presents a fire hazard.
3. The building or structure is frequented by vagrants.
4. The building or structure is not properly secured to prevent unauthorized access.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that a hearing will be held before the Housing Code Administrator of the County of Mecklenburg at the Huntersville Town Center, 105 Gilead Rd, 3rd floor, Huntersville NC 28070, at 2:00 pm on the 24th day of November, 2025 for the purpose of finding the facts as to whether or not the condition of such building falls within the scope of the above mentioned sections of the Non-Residential Housing Code, at which time and place the above designated owner shall be entitled to file answer to the complaint and to be heard in person or by counsel upon all legal or factual questions relating to said matter and shall be entitled to offer such evidence as he may desire which is relevant or material to the questions sought to be determined or the remedies sought to be effected.
(The Town of Huntersville Town Council is empowered to rule on interpretations, decisions, or order of the housing inspector and to reverse, affirm or modify such decisions or orders where the carrying out of such orders would cause unnecessary hardships. Appeal forms may be obtained from the office of the Housing Code Administrator.)
