NOTICE OF INTENT TO PERFORM WORK AND ESTIMATE OF COST In accordance with RCW 39.04.020, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Port of Bellingham has determined that it is necessary and/or advisable that the work described herein is to be performed by means or methods other than by contract. This work includes the Repair of Concrete Tilt Up Panels at the 1000 F Street Warehouse by Port day labor. This work will commence on or about November 17, 2025, and will be done in two phases.
