Notice of Dissolution Notice is hereby given pursuant to Idaho Code § 30-25-705 that Treasure Valley Canine Rehab, LLC, an Idaho limited liability company (the "Company"), is dissolved effective October 31, 2025. All claims against the Company must be presented in writing by mail to Treasure Valley Canine Rehab, LLC, c/o Parsons Behle & Latimer, 800 W. Main St., Ste. 1300, Boise, Idaho 83702. Claimants must indicate whether the claim is contingent or liquidated and include the amount of the claim, the basis for the claim, and supporting documentation. All claims against the Company will be barred pursuant to Idaho Code § 30-25-705 unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within three (3) years after publication of this Notice, if not barred earlier pursuant to other applicable law.
