This meeting will be held on the 2nd floor in the Council Chamber at Apex Town Hall located at 73 Hunter Street in Apex, North Carolina. (1) The Town Tract is a portion of PIN # 0720-78-6682 located in Buckhorn Township, Apex, North Carolina, and is more particularly described as follows: Being that certain area shown as "1,478 SF TO BE TRANSFERRED FROM PIN# 0720786682 TO PIN# 0720789538" on that certain survey designated as "EXHIBIT A EXCLUSIVELY FOR AR CUSTOM HOMES LLC" by Bateman Civil Survey Company, dated 09/26/2025 (the "Survey"). The Survey is available for public inspection at the Office of the Town Clerk located on the second floor of Town Hall, 73 Hunter Street, Apex, NC 27502. (2) The AR Custom Homes Tract is a portion of PIN # 0720-78-9538 located in Buckhorn Township, Apex, North Carolina, and is more particularly described as follows: Being that certain area shown as "1,478 SF TO BE TRANSFERRED FROM PIN# 0720789538 TO PIN# 0720786682" on the Survey. (3) Other Consideration. AR Custom Homes, LLC will pay to the Town additional consideration for the exchange, calculated as follows: (a) $691.00 (4) The value of the Town Tract is approximately $3,253.00 and the value of the AR Custom Homes Tract is approximately $2,562.00.
