That Superseding Ground Water Permit No. G3-20241(B) authorizes the withdrawal of 589 gallons per minute, 255.28 acre-feet per year, for the seasonal irrigation of 63.82 acres. That authorized point of withdrawal is from a well located within the NW¼NW¼ of Section 11, T. 9 N., R. 29 E.W.M. That the authorized place of use is located within the S½SE¼ of Section 5, T. 9 N., R. 29 E.W.M. That they propose to change the point of withdrawal (well) to the SW¼SW¼ of Section 3, T. 9 N., R. 30 E.W.M. That they propose to change the place of use to the NE¼ of Section 9, T. 9 N., R. 30 E.W.M. All within Franklin County, Washington.
