Downtown Doral South
Community Development District
A special meeting of the Board of Supervisors ("Board") of the Downtown Doral South Community Development District ("District") will be held on, November 19, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at the community clubhouse located at 4651 N.W. 82nd Avenue, Doral, Florida. The purpose of the meeting is to review and approve the minutes from the Board meetings held on September 17, September 24, and October 8, 2025; review financial reports; and hold a discussion with the various community Homeowners Associations ("HOAs") regarding the Clubhouse Acquisition. The Board may also address any other District business that may lawfully come before it.
The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. A copy of the agenda for this special meeting will be available seven days prior to the meeting and may be obtained from the District Manager, 5385 N. Nob Hill Road, Sunrise, Florida 33351, during normal business hours, or by visiting the District's website at www.downtowndoralsouthcdd.com. This special meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting.
There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. At the above location there will be present a speaker telephone so that any interested person can attend the meeting at the above location and be fully informed of the discussions taking place either in person or by telephone communication.
Any person requiring special accommodations at this meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Office at (954) 721-8681 at least five calendar days prior to the meeting.
Each person who decides to appeal any action taken at these meetings is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
