Gregg Township Community Building Improvements Parking Lot Paving Gregg Township Supervisors are seeking bids for the Gregg Township Community Building Improvements Parking Lot Paving in Gregg Township, Centre County, Pennsylvania. All bids must be sealed and marked "Bid for Gregg Township Community Building Improvement Parking Lot Paving" and received by the Township's Secretary in the Gregg Township's Municipal Office, 106 School Street, Spring Mills, PA 16875, on or before Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. Bids will be opened a short time afterwards. Bid will be awarded at the Gregg Township Supervisor's meeting on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. in the Gregg Township Municipal Office, 106 School Street, Spring Mills, PA 16875. There will be no Pre-Bid Meeting for the project, however, bidders are invited to visit the project site. If bidder wishes to have road master present, call Township office at 814-422-8218, to make an appointment. The project involves the removal of the existing bituminous pavement structure, performing selected areas of subbase/subgrade repair, repaving parking lot and painting lines and symbols. To obtain bidding and contract documents, contact P. Joseph Lehman, Inc., Consulting Engineers at 117 Olde Farm Office Road, Suite 113, Duncansville, PA 16635, phone (814) 695-7500. Hard copies are available for a $75.00 fee, which is non-refundable. Electronic copies are available at no charge. Addenda, if any, will be issued to only those persons who obtained the bidding documents. Bids must be submitted on the forms provided. Bidders must fulfill all requirements of bid documents as applicable for consideration as a complete bid. Please read documents carefully. Each bid is to be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or a bid bond from an approved Surety Company, in the amount of not less than ten (10%) percent of the amount of the proposal. Check or bond shall be drawn in favor of "Gregg Township". Once the bids have been reviewed and prices have been compared, the bonds of all except the three lowest responsible bidders will be returned. When the agreement is executed, the remaining bid bonds will also be returned. The Township reserves the rights to award in part, to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, and to reject technical defects, irregularities, or omissions if, in its judgment, such actions are in the best interest of the Township.
