Business and Property Owners 2025 MANATEE COUNTY TAX COLLECTION NOTICE The 2025 Manatee County Tax Roll has been delivered to the Tax Collector by the Property Appraiser. Collection of Ad Valorem and Non-Ad Valorem Real Estate and Tangible Personal Property Taxes begins on November 3, 2025. The 2025 Tax Bills will be mailed on or about November 3, 2025. You can pay your taxes, print duplicate bills and receipts, and sign up for free property tax email alerts on taxcollector.com. All City and County taxes assessed on the Tax Roll are entitled to these discounts for early payment: November 3 through December 2 — 4% December 3 through December 31 — 3% January 1 through January 31 — 2% February 1 through February 28 — 1% Payable with no discount in March | Delinquent April 1 The applicable discount is based on the date your payment is received or postmarked. Payments received or postmarked after March 31 must be paid in certified funds and must include interest and advertising which accrue when taxes are delinquent.
