NOTICE OF INTENT TO PERFORM WORK AND ESTIMATE OF COST In accordance with RCW 39.04.020, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Port of Bellingham has determined that it is necessary and/or advisable that the work described herein is to be performed by means or methods other than by contract. This work includes the demolition and removal of the Bellingham Shipping Terminal Block Building at 631 Cornwall by Port day labor. This work will commence on or about November 17, 2025, and will be done in two phases. Work is estimated to be completed on or about November 17, 2026. The estimated cost of the work to be performed is $99,035.00.
