The Petitioner filed the Petition and the Amendment regarding the Assignment of Mortgage, registered as Document No. 706160 (the "Assignment") of the Mortgage, registered as Document No. 603160 (the "Mortgage"), both documents noted on Certificate of Title No. 108837. The Petitioner seeks the Assignment to be amended by Decree of Court to identify correct name of assignee. An additional Assignment of the Mortgage was registered as Document No. 852009. The Petition and the Amendment relate to a property located at 1 Diamond Street, Plymouth, Certificate of Title No. 108837, in the Registry District of Plymouth County.
