Notice is hereby given that Little River Water & Sewerage Company, Inc., a South Carolina corporation ("Company"), is being dissolved voluntarily by resolution of the board of directors and a vote of the membership and that a Certificate of Election to Dissolution has been filed with the Secretary of State of South Carolina, pursuant to Section 33-36-1040, of the South Carolina Code of Laws.
