McGraw executed a deed of trust for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as nominee for Rocket Mortgage, LLC, its successors and assigns, which deed of trust was recorded on November 21, 2024, as Instrument No. 2024-0023400-T-J1, in the office of the Chancery Clerk of the First Judicial District of Harrison County, Mississippi; Said Deed of Trust was last sold, assigned and transferred to Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC by assignment recorded as Instrument No. 2025-0020169-T-J1 in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Harrison County, Mississippi.
