NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION In accordance with Section 15072 of the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines, this notice is to inform the general public that the City of Atwater has completed an Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) for the Castle Air Museum Aviation Pavilion Project and intends to adopt the IS/MND. The Project includes a multi-phase development in three phases, consisting of new construction buildings, relocation of an existing pre-engineered metal building from Beale Air Force Base, and site improvements. The project site is located on the northwest corner of Santa Fe Drive at 5050 Santa Fe Drive, Atwater, CA 95301. The City of Atwater is making the proposed IS/MND available to interested agencies and members of the public for review and comment. A 20-day public review period will begin on October 29, 2025 and conclude on November 18, 2025.
