NOTICE OF PROPOSED RULE DEVELOPMENT BY THE BONTERRA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT AND PUBLIC HEARING THEREON In accordance with Chapters 120 and 190, Florida Statutes, the Bonterra Community Development District (the "District") hereby gives notice of its intention to enact and establish certain amendments to the Bonterra Club Facility Rental Agreement, Schedule of Hours of Operation, Dues, Fees and Charges, and Club Rules (collectively, the "Club Rules"). The proposed amendments, designated as Rule 2026-01, include updates to rental fees, deposits, cleaning requirements, hours of operation, and other use policies for the Bonterra Club, as well as removal of voided Rule 3.6 related to firearms and amendment to prohibit weapons on Club Property, except as permitted by Florida or federal law. The purpose and effect of the proposed amendments are to update the Club Facility Rental Agreement, Club Schedule, and Club Rules to reflect current operations, rental rates, cleaning and inspection requirements, and applicable Florida law. A public hearing on the adoption of the proposed rule amendments will be conducted by the District's Board of Supervisors on December 4, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at Club Bonterra, 9501 W 35th Court, Hialeah, Florida 33018, to receive public comment on the adoption of the proposed rule amendments pertaining to the Bonterra Club Rules. The public hearing will provide an opportunity for interested persons to address and comment upon the proposed amendments. The proposed amendments may be adjusted at the public hearing pursuant to discussion by the Board of Supervisors and public comment.
