All interested persons are invited to attend. SP-25-09 – Through the site plan process, Ridglea Country Club is proposing an alternative tree mitigation plan, as authorized by Section 16.28.010 of the Benbrook Municipal Code, by which the Planning and Zoning Commission may consider the request for approval. The Applicant is proposing 100% payment in lieu of mitigation for the removal of 17 trees as part of the Ridglea Country Club golf course renovation.
