Allen, Husband and Wife, joint tenants executed a deed of trust for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as nominee for Mortgage Investors Corporation, its successors and assigns, which deed of trust was recorded on March 26, 2004, as Instrument No. 2004 5211 T, in the office of the Chancery Clerk of the First Judicial District of Harrison County, Mississippi; Said Deed of Trust was last sold, assigned and transferred to The Bank dba Texas Banc Mortgage Co. as succeeded by Texas Bank Financial as succeeded by TexasBank by assignment recorded as Instrument No. 2012 11388 T-J1 in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Harrison County, Mississippi.
