City of Beaufort NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Site Plan The City of Beaufort Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Monday, November 17, 2025 at 5:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers on the second floor at Beaufort City Hall, 1911 Boundary Street, Beaufort, S.C., to consider the following: The applicant, Ward Edwards, is requesting site plan approval to rebuild the existing Lady's Island Middle School building located at 30 Cougar Drive. The property is further identified as R123 015 000 0110 0000. Documents relating to these requests are available for public inspection between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M.
