SUBJECT: Notice of the intention of the County of Placer, Board of Supervisors
to consider the acquisition of an approximately 4.15-acre portion
of an 8.3-acre parcel located at 490 W. River Road, Tahoe City, CA
(APN: 094-180-045-000).
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County of Placer Board of Supervisors will consider:
The acquisition of an approximately 4.15-acre portion of an 8.3-acre parcel located at 490 W. River Road, Tahoe City, CA (APN: 094-180-045-000) from James M. Williamson, as Trustee of the James M. Williamson Living Trust, U/A dated April 26, 2021, for $2,800,000.
