BEN FRANKLIN TRANSIT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP Towing Services RFP 25-19 Ben Franklin Transit, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, located at 1000 Columbia Park Trail, Richland, WA 99352 is soliciting electronic or hard copy proposals from qualified firms to provide Towing Services for BFT. Proposals are due no later than 11/25/2025, at 1:00 PM (PDT OR PST). BFT is soliciting electronic proposals in response to Request for Proposal 25-19. Bidders shall create a FREE account with ProcureNow by signing up at https://secure.procurenow.com/signup. Once you have completed account registration, browse back to https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/bft, click on "Submit Response", and follow the instructions to submit the electronic bid. If a Contractor would like to submit a proposal via hard copy, please send your request to the Procurement Specialist and a pdf version of the RFP will be emailed or mailed to you in order to then submit your bid via mail or in person. Protest Procedure Policy BFT's protest procedure policy can be obtained by contacting BFT's Procurement Supervisor at the above address or phone number. Contractors who can demonstrate substantial economic interest may protest BFT's decision regarding a provision of the RFP or Award. BFT reserves the right to reject any or all quotes, to waive informalities and minor irregularities in quotes received with any contractor, and to accept quotes which are considered to be in the best interest of BFT. This Request for Proposals may be canceled and any and all Proposals may be rejected in whole or in part when it is in the best interest of BFT.
