NO. PLN2023-0099 – POWER PLAY – Request to rezone a 9.33-ac parcel from Planned Development (P-D) 25 to a new P-D, to allow development of a 60,834 sq. ft. indoor roller hockey rink, & 7 commercial bldgs, totaling 62,900 sq. ft., to be developed with light industrial uses & to divide the project site into 8 parcels. The project site is located @ 711 Bangs Ave. & 4555 North Star Wy, btwn Galaxy Wy & Bangs Ave., in the Modesto area. The PC will consider a CEQA Neg. Dec. for the project. APN: 046-011-002. The CEQA Review Period took place from Sept. 19, 2025 to Oct. 23, 2025.
