City of Beaufort NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Sketch Plan The City of Beaufort Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Monday, November 17, 2025 at 5:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers on the second floor at Beaufort City Hall, 1911 Boundary Street, Beaufort, S.C., to consider the following: The applicant, Eric Walsnovich with Wood and Partners, is requesting a sketch plan approval for a multi-family development located at 14 FC Carter Drive.
