Advertising by Bibb County Tax Commissioner for Judicial In Rem Tax Foreclosure Sale in accordance with O.C.GA 48-4-75 to 48-4-81 and Court Order in Case Number 2025-CV-083439. During the legal hours of sale on December 2, 2025, the same being the first Tuesday of the month, the below described property will be sold at the United Building in Central City Park located at 206 7th Street, Macon, Georgia, which is the legal place designated for Sheriff's Sales. The property address, Tax ID Parcel No., legal description, and parties who may claim an interest in the property are shown below. Together with all rights, title and interest running with the below described properties but note taxed under a separate tax reference number as delineated on the tax maps of the Petitioner for the year(s) for which taxes are being foreclosed.
Each property will be sold for the minimum price shown below which is the amount of delinquent taxes, accrued interest, penalties and costs as of the date of Order authorizing the Sale.

All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the County of Bibb, in the Vineville District thereof, known as Lots 3 and 5 of Bailey Place, said lot 3 fronts a distance of 48 feet on a 20-foot street and runs back with even width a distance of 150 feet, said lot 5 is at the rear of said lot 3 and is in rectangular shape and is 60 feet wide by 90 feet long.
Also, all that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the Vineville District of Bibb County, Georgia and described as fronting 15 feet on a 20-foot street and extending along the southerly side of the aforesaid lots 3 and 5 a distance of 250 feet to property owned now or formerly by AL. Dasher.
