PUBLIC NOTICE – Request for Applications (RFA) No. MHC/038 Flexible Integrated Treatment & Therapeutic Behavior Services The County of Sacramento, Department of Health Services, Behavioral Health Services Division, is seeking qualified organizations to provide Flexible Integrated Treatment (FIT) and Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) for children, youth, and families. Programs will deliver community-based, family-centered specialty mental health services aligned with BH-CONNECT and Behavioral Health Services (BHSA). Organizations interested in submitting applications for the FIT and TBS Program must have representation at the virtual Mandatory Applicants' Conference, Monday, November 10, 2025, 12:30pm to 2:00pm.
